Implementation and Onboarding Process

  • This initial stage involves collaborating with key stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand pain points and desired outcomes, so as to define overall business objectives and challenges to be addressed through analytics.
  • Discuss to identify and prioritize areas where analytics can provide the most value, such as improving operational efficiency, optimizing marketing strategies, or enhancing customer experience.
  • Document and sign off on some of the responses to questions like:
    • What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business?
    • Are there areas with recurring problems or inefficiencies?
    • Where can data analysis provide valuable insights?
  • This stage involves reviewing available data sources and their quality all potential data sources within the company. This can include internal data (CRM, ERP, sales data, website analytics) and external data (market research reports, industry trends). This will help setting the sub process of data pre-processing, transformation or formatting.
  • Upload into GIFT Instance, the sample data for reviewing the visuals and features available using the industry standard analytics templates
  • Review and signoff on the project proposal, commercials including the customization needs and delivery timelines
  • Also review technology infrastructure deployment options and determine what tools and platforms are needed to be integrated to support business analytics initiatives. This may include new algorithm design, new dashboard visuals, data transformation, integration with external tools, apps and devices and cloud computing resources.
  • Setup the instance for the company central analytics repository for storing, processing and managing all relevant data.
  • Define and provide access to users to access GIFT Solution
  • Setup ongoing monitoring, security policies and backup process and programs
  • Distribute reports and dashboards to key decision-makers. Train employees on how to interpret and utilize the data insights.
  • Train Users on the deployed system and also use feedback and insights gained from analytics to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies over time.
  • Setup process for continuous remote or onsite monitoring.
  • Document new requirements, change requests for further development and customization.
  • Periodically review and update stakeholders, analytics processes, technologies, and methodologies to remain aligned with business goals and objectives.
